When to use this template
Use this when:
- A vendor is onboarding
- A contractor is about to start work
- A tenant needs to submit insurance evidence
- A COI is expired
- Required wording or coverage is missing
- Certificate Holder information is wrong
After the vendor replies
When the vendor sends the COI, upload it to the checker and confirm whether it meets your requirements.
